Your new company Based in Robroyston, this construction company are looking to expand their admin team on a temporary basis. Your hours of work will be 08:30 to 17:00pm Monday to Thursday and 15:30pm on a Friday. There is free car parking. The role is for 2 months but could get extended.

Your new role You will work closely alongside the senior administrator and your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Scanning/Printing
  • Ordering Stationary & PPE
  • Updating Spreadsheets
  • Raising Requisitions Dealing with incoming & Outgoing mail
  • General Adhoc duties
This role is fully office based. What you'll need to succeed You must have proven success in a high volume and fast paced site administration role. You will work across a range of IT systems and databases, therefore you must have competent IT skills and be comfortable picking up new packages. You should have professional communication skills (both verbal and written) as you will liaise with management and suppliers on a daily basis via telephone and email. You will work as part of a small team and as such a positive, team player attitude is required.
