Checkmate are hiring and looking to expand the professional surveying team.

There are two home based roles, one supporting the London and South East England region and the other UK based. As such you will need to be a highly motivated self-starter who values the delivery of market leading customer service, you will also need to have a full driving licence. Although home based you will also visit building sites but you will have the support a strong professional team and excellent IT facilities.

If you are professionally qualified, e.g. MCIOB, MCABE, MRICS. Or have a relevant degree and are in the process of completing your professional qualification you may well be the person we are looking for.

In these roles you will be responsible for conducting technical risk reviews of digital images and physical inspections on site in order to ensure acceptable levels of construction risk that fall within the relevant underwriting criteria set by Checkmate.
