Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Building Safety Project Manager to deliver planned improvement programmes for preventative and cyclical maintenance, making sure they’re delivered safely, on time and on budget.

A typical day for you would be managing fire remediation projects from start to finish, carrying out tendering processes and electronic procurement activities, inspecting works, reconciling and settling accounts and valuations, reviewing risk assessments and method statements and making sure all projects meet CDM regulations.

You’ll have experience of managing a project team, undertaking technical inspections, producing tender briefs, pricing documents, and managing fire remediation projects, ideally in a social housing environment, as well as supporting the implementation, procurement, delivery, and supervision of maintenance contracts.

With outstanding technical knowledge, including a degree level qualification in building surveying or related technical subject, you’ll understand planned maintenance inside out, keeping our contractors on board to deliver first-class work and our customers safe.
