Assistant Site Manager

Your new company
You will be working for an established privately owned contractor that undertake projects across Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. The company have built a strong reputation in the residential and care home markets in the region. Due to continued growth in the market the company are seeking a permanent Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

Your new role
You will be working alongside a supportive and constructive operational team and will report into the Site Manager. You will assist with general site duties including; Health & Safety inductions, material ordering, programme of works and above all ensure the site is progressing to plan with quality workmanship. The sites will alternate from majority social housing to purely private spec build or larger care homes close to 70 units.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will have a strong background as an Assistant Site Manager within the new build housing sector. You will have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications and have a full UK driving license.
