Your new role
You will join a dynamic team who are working on a number of exciting education, residential, leisure and healthcare projects mostly in Northern Ireland but also in the south of Ireland and the main land UK. You will develop specifications and perform material, product selection and research. Regular site visits to check on progress are required to ensure the project is running on time and within specification. Other responsibilities entail assisting designers and project managers in conceptual input on assigned projects.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you’ll be a part 3 qualified Architect with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working within an architectural practice. Ideally you’ll be proficient in AutoCAD with a knowledge of Revit an advantage. You’ll have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team and be able to think rationally to resolve design problems. It is expected that you’ll have a working knowledge of NI / UK building regulations. In addition you will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong technical ability.
