Our client is one of the largest construction, infrastructure and support services businesses in the UK. They are a well-established brand that is trusted to deliver on major projects, housing schemes and facilities management for their customers across the country.
Your new role
This is a part time position where you will be carrying out a range of daily administrative tasks to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. You will also be inputting a large amount of data and have to ensure information is processed accurately and efficiently. This will include working with Excel and internal databases so strong IT skills are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of working in an office environment and be able to work independently. You will have to be able to effectively multitask and must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. You will also need strong verbal and written communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 packages. A high level of accuracy is needed in this role and ability to work as part of a team is also essential.
What you'll get in return
This role offers great flexibility as it is a part time role for circa 20 hours that can be worked around your schedule. This position is due to run for an initial 4 week period although this may be extended for an additional 2-4 weeks dependent on circumstance.
