Your new role
Providing day to day
management of significant repairs, on-going planned maintenance & development projects across the portfolio
Responsible for managing all lease renewals/ rent reviews, lease breaks and any dilapidations disputes

What you'll need to succeed
Full understanding of portfolio
Understand and implement an on-going Planned maintenance programme
Ensure that all H&S compliance
