Your new company is a well established construction company based in Stonehaven.

Your new role

Your new role will be to provide general administration support to the business. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • General reception duties
  • Filing duties
  • Sorting mail
  • Checking purchase invoices and then process purchase and sales ledgers
  • Data input and document control
  • To identify any data errors and work proactively to resolve any issues
  • To deliver and process data and within required quality control
  • To assist and support other staff within the office with full administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience in administration in a construction or civils environment. You will also have knowledge of H & SE and quality systems.

What you'll get in return

You will have the opportunity to work for a well established local firm. You will receive a salary of between £20,000 and £24,000 depending on relevant experience. You will also be provided with relevant training for the role.
