My client, a leading organisation within the construction industry is seeking a professional HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
They specialise in project work, refurbishments and developments and pride themselves on the service they provide to clients and customers
Your new role
The position is being offered as full time Monday - Friday with working hours of 08.00am - 17.00pm. The organisation are also offering a hybrid model with a 50 - 50 split.
Free parking is available on site
This position would suit a HR Advisor who has a generalist approach who is happy to be visible and present while building strong relationships across the business.
You will lead and direct routine functions across the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
You will also be responsible for employee relation casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
Advising managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them
Coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
Developing HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD Qualified
Proven history within HR at Manager or HRBP level
Experience in coaching Mangers through change
