Your new company

You will be joining a prestigious construction group that since their inception in 1907, have been responsible for some of the most prominent buildings in the North West and have maintained many basic construction principles in areas such as in-house skills and training as well as bespoke manufactured joinery.

Your new role

The role as a Facilities Co-Ordinator will be based in the head office in Preston Monday to Friday, with all duties being directly reported into the Facilities Manager. The role will be heavily admin based, making sure that sites have the correct plant equipment and that they are received and returned on time. As well as being able to cut the costs where applicable.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience at a Plant-hire company/Construction company (Knowledge of the sector)
  • Strong IT skills, being able to use a variety of Microsoft applications
  • Commercially aware
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Knowledge of company structure, core values and wider business activity
