A great opportunity has become available for an Estimator within a well known family run regional contractor. The company in question work in many areas of construction from construction services to landscape management and Buildings maintenance.

Your New Role

As the sole Estimator you will work with the Quantity Surveyors in the commercial team conducting site visits, creating breakdowns of labour, materials and machinery and meeting with sub contractors. The role would suit an experienced commercial Estimator who enjoys having variation in the work as the company works on many different projects.

What We Need From You

Our clients ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a longterm position and not a stepping stone to move on again in the near future. Having experience on commercial projects is a huge benefit, someone who is personable and happy to be office based and conducting regular site visits as part of the day to day role is also expected.

What You’ll Get In Return

In return a salary of up to £50,000 is available for the right candidate as is either a company car or allowance if the candidate has their own vehicle. 20 days holiday increasing by 1 for each year of service aswell as company pension scheme.
