We are seeking an experienced Construction/Site Manager to oversee and manage multiple sites

Projects will involve:

  • conversions
  • extensions
  • new builds
  • Residential and Commercial builds


  • Being the lead manager on the site
  • Managing projects
  • Overseeing the labours and managing their time and ensure correct information is reported for CIS
  • Organising deliveries and collections
  • Working towards strict deadlines
  • Coordinating and supervising construction workers
  • Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
  • Maintaining quality control procedures
  • Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
  • Assessing and minimising risk
  • Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
  • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
  • Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
  • Communicating with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
  • Dealing with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project
  • Checking design documents with architects, surveyors and engineers.

  • Site/Construction Management Experience

Working Hours:

Monday -Friday 8:00am till 4:30pm

Saturday 8am till 2pm

30 minutes lunch break

(Must be flexible)

Must have a car and clean driving licence
