Capable, productive, proactive and assertive - all attributes needed for this brand new Team Secretary/Office Manager role within the real estate sector based in Cardiff. As expected, the full spectrum of administrative support duties will be required, along with a demonstrable experience of managing your own workload and an ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines. You must be a highly proficient and experienced user of all Microsoft Office programmes, with excellent numeracy, spreadsheet and communication skills, whilst having the maturity and professionalism to anticipate what is needed to maintain the efficiency and success of your team.
