Located in Manchester, you will be working for a company who are a global leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.
Your new role
This ever-growing company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for providing the operational delivery of all Facilities Management services. You will be working alongside the Cluster Manager to coordinate budgets and report any out-of-line situations. You will also need to ensure that all contractors operate with-in the appropriate QHSE processes and ensure health and safety is always at the forefront.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally hold a technical or engineering qualification and have experience in managing technical service delivery. You will also have come from either a trade or technical background with a hands-on approach. You will further posses awareness and knowledge of the facilities management industry. You will have had experience delivering technical services and working in a production environment.
