Due to continuous growth in the market within the residential construction sector, one of Northern Ireland's leading, award-winning building & civil engineering firms are now seeking a driven, experienced Site Manager to join their specialist team on projects throughout the UK. With over 40 years in operation, the company have successfully delivered a variety of enviable & innovative schemes across a range of sectors for a number of high-profile clients throughout the UK & Ireland. With a focus on profitable expansion, the firm require a Site Manager to provide operational management for high-end, private residential & social housing schemes, initially based on their newest site in South Lincolnshire.
Your new role
Your new company welcomes you to join them as Site Manager, responsible for the management of onsite operations for high-quality, complex private residential developments. Your role will involve the management & co-ordination of progress on sites including the supervision of all direct labour & sub-contractors to ensure that programme deadlines are met. Your duties will involve liaising with the client and design team, ensuring that each project is successfully delivered to the standard required by the client all whilst maintaining a focus on Health & Safety and communicating best practice for all on site staff.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Site Manager, you will have proven experience managing on site operations, with previous experience in the residential sector desirable. To be considered for this role, you will have a CSCS card and a valid SMSTS certificate. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to use your own initiative and motivate & drive the site team to successfully deliver high-quality residential projects in a timely manner and within budget.
