Assistant Site Manager / Junior (Graduate) Required in Clacton - Temporary to Permanent

Assistant Site Manager

I am looking for Assistant Site Managers or a Junior Site Manager looking to join an exciting project in Clacton for a high-end housing developer

Reporting directly into the senior site manager your roles will include:

  • Continual training and development to become a competent site manager
  • Carry out site inductions
  • Monitor sub-contractors
  • Manage and monitor direct labour
  • Carry out regular site checks
  • Undertake training and courses relevant to your progression

The company are looking for someone with a hunger to succeed and progress within the Constriction industry. At least 1 year site experience would be ideal however this is not essential. The company are offering a temporary to permanent opportunity for the successful candidate


  • SMSTS / Black CSCS / SSSTS
  • First Aid
  • Health & Safety
  • Relevant Construction ticket
  • UK Driving License

Initially a 3 month temporary contract
Hourly rate is Negotiable DOE
