Project Manager - Infrastructure - Developer - Manchester

£70,000 to £90,000 per annum | North West | Date posted 27 Nov 2019

Remember the film 'Taken' starring Liam Neeson? There's a great speech he does down the phone about having a very unique set of skills, really tense and well done.

Well I'm looking for Liam Neeson. Someone with a very particular set of skills.

Residential Development skills. (Not ones for tracking kidnappers down)

A major developer in the North West need a specialist - someone who not only understands these large residential developments, but mainly the infrastructure elements behind the remediation needed prior to work starting. We are talking remediation of floodable areas, highways and access issues, utilities etc. Then knowing which reports and surveys are needed, interpreting said surveys and reports, and being able to balance all of this with multiple stakeholders such as other developers, public sector organisations and your own boss.

Not an easy task, though you may have done some this before (not necessarily all of it) in your career. And the chance to be involved at the ground floor of such a massive undertaking, being a key player in this development and being paid well for doing it may be worth finding out more about?

Give Ed Collins a call on 0161 607 5084 or apply to this advert with a CV (or a short note if you don't have a CV asking me to send more details) or find me on LinkedIn and message me on there.
