An expanding company offering full design to completion service for commercial fit-out, bespoke joinery, complete project management and delivery. Having been awarded a number of exciting contracts they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Your new role
Reporting in to the Head of Projects you will be based on site and hold overall responsibility for the delivery of these projects.
Working closely with the site managers and other on site teams you will ensure works are carried out as per the clients scope, programme and contract terms. As both a client and sub contractor facing role you will be liaising with all interested parties on a regular basis.
Quality is at the core of everything the company do and their reputation is built on the delivery of this. You will ensure that these standards are maintained at all times among the on-site teams.
As Project Manager you will hold overall responsibility for all site compliance and Health & safety including regular audits.
The company Head Office is based near Leeds and projects can be anywhere around the UK so ability to travel is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working as either Site Manager or Project Manager within the commercial fit-out sector or similar.
You will hold a minimum of CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid & Asbestos Awareness with a strong understanding of CDM regulations 2015 and Health & Safety.
An ability to work on your own initiative along with an outgoing personality and excellent work ethic will see you succeed within this business.
Excellent working knowledge of Excel and MS Project / Asta Powerproject for the preparation of of documentation, reports and programmes is essential.
As projects can vary in location a full driving licence and your own vehicle will be required for site visits - a car allowance and company mileage will be paid.
