Your new company

You will be working on a flagship £30millon student accommodation project in the heart of Coventry from inception through to completion. As Site Manager/Package Manager, you will play an integral part of delivering a 1000+ bed student accommodation project, which is brick built with aluminium cladding.

Working with a highly experienced and established team, you'll be provided with the tools and support needed to deliver the project to a high quality, whilst upholding high health and safety standards.

As a company they focus on providing the best facilities to both management and the trades/labour on site, with a state of the art canteen area and relaxation room on site, helping to keep a positive environment.

Your new role

Your role will predominantly be to ensure the external brick and aluminium cladding is completed, in line with current standards. Ensuring that the project is maintaining progress and quality standards are met throughout, whilst keeping all stakeholders fully informed throughout the build process. If you are looking What you'll need to succeed you will preferably have cladding and curtain walling experience and the bellow qualifications:

  • First Aid
  • Fire Marshall (online course) is preferable
  • Temporary Works
