A fantastic opportunity has arisen recently for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction consultancy who have a reputation across the south west for providing a bespoke and tailored service for a wide range of clients. Working alongside a team of Building Surveyors and Project Managers in Torquay, you'll be part of a team servicing clients within the healthcare and central government sectors.
Your new role
This is a position which would allow you to develop and utilise a wide breadth of experience, as you will have an opportunity to work in partnership with local clients in order to deliver large projects from feasibility through to design, construction and post construction phases, taking ownership of the relationship with your client throughout the entire process.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will need to have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, either in the commercial consultancy sector or as a contractors QS. Ideally you'll be a qualified surveyor, however if you are looking to move through your APC but have a number of years experience this will also be considered.
