Permanent Quantity Surveyor, Nottinghamshire, Residential New Build, Private Developer

Your new role
This position would suit a candidate who is an intermediate to senior level Quantity Surveyor with a background in residential new build. The role is based out of the Nottinghamshire offices and you will assume commercial responsibility for up to 3 sites at any one time. The sites will range in size but are likely to include at least one high volume build. In the role you will undertake; Measurements, Take off's, variations, sub contractor valuations and preparing cost reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate a strong permanent background as a Quantity surveyor for a company in the relevant sector. Ideally you will be HND/Degree level qualified and have a full UK driving license. Experience in high volume house building is preferred
