Your new job will be working for a very well established Housing Association that manages over 15,000 properties in the Merseyside area.
Your new role
Your new job will be to lead a team of building maintenance, refurbishment or construction related supervisory staff responsible for the effective delivery of responsive repair, or external contracts.
Your new job you will be responsible for the personal motivation, development, supervision, recruitment and briefing of your team managers, team supervisors, technical managers, co-coordinators and other support staff. and reporting into Operational Director / Head of Business Operations.
What you'll need to succeed
An appropriate building / construction qualification
Relevant Management qualification
Project Management experience
Experience in supervision, recruitment, personal development, motivation, supervision and briefing of staff.
Full driving license.
What you'll get in return
6 month contract
Very likely to go be made into a Permanent position
