Your new role
An opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with previous or similar experience with sound knowledge of drafting working drawing packages to comprise detailing drawings for building regulations, tender and construction purpose.
What you'll need to succeed
Sound knowledge of current Planning and Building Regulations with job running and Contract Administration experience to assist the Architect Director in managing and running projects.
To lead and be part of the team for delivering private residential and luxury developer client projects from concept stage, through the detailed design stage to completion in accordance with the client's brief and within the time scales given.
To demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise workload to essentially produce production information to comprise Building Regulations and tender drawing packages with contract Administration during works on site all in a timely manner.
Good communication skills are a must and coupled with sound technical knowledge of the construction processes.
