Our client is a property consultancy with focus on healthcare estate and social infrastructure clients. They have 4 offices around UK and are actively looking to expand and grow.
Your new role
The role will be to work as a member of the team and assist in provision and implementing consultancy advice of high standard. This position offers an opportunity to take on extra responsibility as you develop within the company and a chance to work across different teams- both locally and nationally.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual who is happy to undertake local and company-wide business growth initiative. You will also need to be pro-active being able to display outstanding interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail and self-discipline.
For this role it is essential that you have previously worked in the NHS or other government department, ideally with consultancy environment. Ideally you have completed a degree (or equivalent) in either building, engineering or related discipline and are chartered. Ideal candidate will be a member of Association of Project Management, but it is not essential.
