This role is an exciting and challenging new appointment and will play an important part in developing and improving NU Living's Construction, Quality and Health & Safety management processes. Working as part of the regional team the successful appointee will be responsible for managing the Construction process through the full life cycle of a development across our various different projects in London.
The position requires someone who has experience and a real passion for Construction management within the residential house building / major regeneration environment with a sound knowledge of both traditional and off-site construction methods.
You will be results driven with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships to influence at all levels. Previous experience of managing and developing people would also be an advantage.
