Experienced Site Manager required for long term refurbishment contract, based in Inverness.

Hays Construction and Property are currently recruiting for a local established construction company based in Inverness, who specialise in refurbishment projects across the Highlands.
Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for all trades and labour on site, along with all aspects of Health & Safety; which includes RAMS, site inductions, daily diaries and site set ups. You will also be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget. You will report to the business director, and also report and liaise with main contractors on projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a focused and driven person, and able to work on your own initiative.You must have your SMSTS, along with three day First Aid certificate, and also relevant refurbishment experience. You will be a time served joiner, and willing to undertake joinery aspects on projects along side your workload if required.
What you'll get in return
You will be working for an established local company for a contract expected to last approximately six months. You will receive a competitive hourly rate with full time hours. The aspects of this role will also develop and progress your current management skills further.
