As Finishing Manager, you will be working for a leading privately-owned contractor, operating predominantly within Coventry and Warwickshire for 50+ years. They pride themselves on being able to successfully deliver, both affordable housing and luxury housing developments locally, alongside complex commercial projects, from steel framed apartments, learning facilities and commercial sheds. Your new role
You will play an essential role as Finishing Manager on a £20 million new build project, involving the construction of multi storey flats/apartments in Leamington/Warwick. As Finishing Manager, you will be tasked with finishing apartments from 2nd fix through to completion on a 12-month contract. The team you will be working with are highly experienced and very supportive, with excellent sub-contractors that have proven themselves to be effectively deliver a high-quality finish.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience as a Finishing Manager, capable of delivering units from 2nd fix through to final CML.
- Ability to Compile Snagging lists.
- CSCS card
