Permanent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a national construction organisation

Your new company

Your new company is a long established national construction and civil engineering organisation. They operate throughout the UK and Ireland delivering high quality projects within the construction and civil engineering sectors.

Your new role

Your new role will see you site based in Stornoway reporting to the Commercial Manager overseeing a project valued at £25million scheduled to last for 18 months before progressing on to the next job. you will be involved in the procurement of Sub-contractors and managing and valuing variations.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed you will have previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role. You will be willing to travel to or be based near Stornoway and show experience in preparing and negotiating costs for budgets.
