Your new company
You will be working for a top-tier Housing Developer in their Edinburgh office, who due to continued success are looking to expand their team. They have secured a growing number of projects in Edinburgh and over the Central Belt, therefore are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their business.
Your new role
You will be working as a Quantity Surveyor, reporting directly to the Chief Surveyor. You will be office based, as well as going to sites as and when required across the East. You will be expected to produce estimations, tenders, bills of quantity, and handle invoicing and final accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working for a contractor - Housebuilding experience is preferred but not essential. A degree classification is again preferred but not essential, MRICS is also desirable. You will have a strong background in Housebuilding, and experience in Groundworks and Civils projects are favourable. You will be a personable individual and will be able to hit the ground running, as you will be taking control of multiple projects of differing sizes and development.
